Who we are
GTA6Resell operates gta6resell.com, an independent fan site. Contact: contact@gta6resell.com.
What we collect
Email address. When you sign up for notifications we store your email address, the page or call-to-action you signed up from (for example "home-hero" or "prices-page"), and the time of signup. That's it. We don't ask for your name.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and reliability. These are retained briefly by the host and not used for profiling.
No tracking. We do not run advertising trackers, third-party analytics cookies, or fingerprinting scripts. If we add privacy-respecting, cookie-less analytics later, we'll update this page.
How we use your email
- To notify you when item trading goes live and when our tools launch.
- To send occasional blog updates and market intel. You can opt out of these at any time.
- To understand which pages convert, using the signup source we store.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes it
Signups are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, and any emails we send go through an email service provider. Both process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies. The site itself is hosted on Vercel, which processes request logs.
Legal basis
We process your email address on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the signup form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Retention
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribed addresses are removed from active lists and purged from our provider on its normal schedule.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe using the link in any email we send. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing contact@gta6resell.com. We respond within 30 days. If you're in the EU/UK you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll remove the address.
Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced by email to subscribers.
